All freight is FOB at our location in Anacortes, WA.  Please provide a UPS or FedEx account number and your desired shipping service (Ground, Overnight, etc) in the comments section.  If no shipping information is provided, we will procure shipping services and present an invoice for payment of those services prior to shipping your order. 
WA retailers: You will be charged sales tax upon checkout.  Once we have confirmed your valid Reseller Permit, your sales tax will be promptly refunded to the original method of payment.
